If you a casual user who loves to browse the web, Google Chrome is what you are missing. Among many useful hotkeys, there is one that is extremely useful. Ctrl + H hotkey opens the Chrome History Manager where you can get the complete information on your browsing history.
Also it can be a great way to see which web pages were open and during which session. It groups the URLs by session, thus, giving you one complete picture.
The alternative way to open the Chrome History is to type chrome://history/ in the address bar, but this can be quite tedious. Below is the screenshot of Chrome’s History Manager.
If you are looking for a content which is a few days old, you can search the history using the search bar given on top. The results are shown immediately(uses JavaScript) and doesn’t reload the page. Also you can see which URLs have been bookmarked.
Google Chrome History Manager is a nifty little feature that was welcomed by critics as a great addition. If you are a privacy advocate, you can simply delete your history for any certain day via History Manager.
