Shareaholic is an extension for Google Chrome that work wonders. I have been using Shareaholic add-on for Firefox and bookmark for Safari, but the extension for Google Chrome clearly stands out.
It is an extension via which you can bookmark any page and share it with the world. It includes default list of services, but you can customize them to your liking(requires registration).
The cool part is that it automatically shortens the URL of the web page and provides link at the bottom of the Shareaholic pop-out menu for quick sharing.
