Do you want to upload Document to Microsoft Word Web App, Spreadsheet to Microsoft Excel Web App, and Presentation to Microsoft PowerPoint Web App? In all three cases you don’t need to upload the files individually, rather you can upload them all to Windows Live Skydrive.
Since we are all used to Google Docs, we assume that Windows Web Apps works in similar manner which is actually not true.
Microsoft has integrated Web Apps with Live Skydrive, which means that you will have to upload every file to Skydrive and from there you can open it, edit it, save it, or export it.

Uploading to Skydrive is a piece-of-cake, to login you must have Windows Live Account. You can upload a maximum file size of 50MB which is enough for Document, Spreadsheet, or PowerPoint. The total free storage is 25GB for every Windows Live User.
