No registration is required to use it, all you have to do is to allow your twitter account access to this app. Once done, click Schedule A Tweet link, write a tweet, select the date and time when you want to publish it and click Schedule Tweet. That’s all.
There is no limit on the number of tweets you can schedule. There is also a link to check all your archived tweets(scheduled tweets) from where you can see when and at what time your tweets will be published.
