Access 2010 allows user to easily include Totals field which includes a list of mathematical function to evaluate Sum and Average along with Standard Deviation whilst letting user count total number in field and find out max and min number. In this post we will how to add a Totals field.
For adding a Total row in table, open the database table and head over to Home tab, from Records group, click Totals.
It will add a row at the bottom of the table, allowing you to apply list of functions, as shown below.
Select the function to evaluate field values instantly.
