Since Outlook 2010 calendar is widely used for managing appointments, events, meetings, you can easily send any part of calendar showing defined events in a specified date range. If you need to send your schedule to other person, sending calendar events details via mail is probably the best option.
On Home tab, click New-Email to open mail compose window. Now navigate to Insert tab and click Calendar.
It will bring up Calendar Via Email dialog, select Date Range and click OK.
It will insert calendar items in specified date range with all appointments, meeting schedule, events details in email body text.
