PowerPoint 2010: Embed Fonts In Presentation File

Embedding Fonts in the presentation file prevents all sort of font-specific compatibility issues. As PowerPoint 2010 provides an option to embed fonts, it’s is recommended to embed the if you’re using a new font which might not be available in other PC. In order to embed fonts, on File menu, click Options.

From left sidebar, click Save and from main window, enable Embed all characters option. On saving the presentation, it will embed the fonts in it.
