Separate Word 2010 Document Content Into Columns


By separating Word 2010 document content into columns you can make it look like a magazine. Adding more, since you can be able to manage different sections of document into columns, it will bring ease for user to read & understand the document.

For changing document in columns, head over to Page Layout tab and from Page Setup group. Click Columns drop-down list and select an column style.


Now the document content is separated into to specified columns.


From Columns menu, click More Columns to customize the size, space and number of columns to be shown in the document.
