Dev Team’s MuscleNerd has given a green signal to iTunes 10 for jailbreakers and unlockers. You can now download iTunes 10 with Ping and sync your jailbroken iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch without any issues or problems.
According to MuscleNerd, you can put your phone in DFU mode, restore to selected IPSW etc without worrying about any iTunes errors popping up.

iOS 4.1 Final public version will be pushed out next week with some bug fixes as well as some new features. As per MuscleNerd’s tweet, it will be in your best interest if you abstain from restoring your iDevice to this new firmware build. Most probably, like iOS 4.0.2, iOS 4.1 won’t be jailbreak-able with JailbreakMe.com.
