Looking for a way to view your favorite Facebook photos offline, on the go? Ever wanted to set one as a wallpaper on your iOS device? Introducing Fotobook App for the iPhone and iPod Touch, a handy little app that allows you to browse photos uploaded by your Facebook friends and save them to your device. You can download individual photos or entire albums with just a few taps and view them later from within the app, share them with your friends via email or save them to camera roll. More after the break.

The interface is simple yet easy on the eyes. The Latest tab displays all the latest uploaded photos in your timeline, while from within the Friends tab you can search for and pick friends whose photos and albums you wish to view. From the options beneath a selected photo or album, you can Like it, view its comments and add your own. The photos and albums you download can later be viewed, saved to camera roll, emailed or deleted from within the Downloads tab. Photos that you save to camera roll can then, of course, be set as the wallpaper.

Fotobook App’s developers are looking to broaden its functionality over multiple photo sharing and social media services. Expect to see integration with major photo sharing services the likes of Flickr soon.

You can purchase the app from the App Store for a meager $0.99.
