Download ClockworkMod Recovery 3 from the link given below and extract the recovery image from the downloaded zip file. If you don’t have ClockworkMod recovery already installed, follow our ClockworkMod installation guide and get the latest version up and running.
Next, download the latest nightly ROM from the link given below and install it to your phone from recovery after taking a backup and wiping data, cache and dalvik cache.
Finally, if you use Google Apps, you can download the version that works with CyanogenMod 7 from the link given below and flash it to your phone from recovery, after taking a nandroid backup and wiping cache without wiping data.
