Hours Keeper works on the basis of clients, and you have to define each of your employers in the Clients section of the app. To do so, tap the ‘+’ button in the top right corner of that tab. You can get started by just entering the name of the employer, along with the hourly salary you are going to get from them. It is possible to add more details by tapping the details button below the two aforementioned fields. If you decide to do that, you can add tax ratios, overtime wages and many other fields. You can add as many clients as you want, and then manage them from the main screen of Hours Keeper.

Hours Keeper also comes in handy when your employer asks you to send them an invoice, listing the details of all the credit. Instead of having to worry about how to word everything correctly, you can use the app’s template and just fill in the important required fields before forwarding the invoice to your boss right from within the app. Similarly, Hours Keeper automatically tracks all your earnings as soon as you launch a task. It is possible to add notes to any of your jobs as well.
