After the release of redsn0w and ultrasn0w, sn0wbreeze v 1.6 is also about to be released that will jailbreak and unlock iOS 4 on iPhone 3G/3GS and also possibly on the iPhone 4. Sn0wbreeze v1.6 will also be able to jailbreak iOS 4 on iPod Touch 2G.
ih8sn0w, the author behind sn0wbreeze, hasn’t really specified any estimated time of the new version 1.6 release but we can speculate that it will be available very soon. Here is a screenshot released by ih8sn0w of the new version that will be giving multiple options, such as, Activating the iPhone, Enabling Background Wallpaper, Enabling Battery Percentage, Enabling Native Multitasking, and more.
