UTFCast is a small tool for Windows that lets you batch convert all text files to UTF-8 encoding. It can convert a directory full of text files and keep the whole directory structure intact.

Just select the Source directory, Output destination, and click Start. Nothing could be more simpler than this.

You also have options to copy unconverted files and to detect files only. It works on all versions of Windows, both 32-bit and 64-bit. Enjoy!
