There is this program called “FolderChanger” that does work well on all platforms – XP, Vista, and Windows 7.

It helped me much. Not only it can color folder, but it can change the folder with my photo. Amazing! Got it from http://www.folderchanger.com

This is a RIP! the free app does nothing, then they built a notifier in the app to get you to upgrade to the PRO version. Its a shame people LIE to you so much!

Right click option does not work for me with Windows 7. Pretty expensive ($35) for a program that's not Win7 friendly yet.
