Loosing your Profile folder, which contains Desktop, Document, Music, Photos and Videos folder along with settings of your personalized applications, while installing a fresh copy of Windows is worst that could happen. Therefore, it’s always advisable to create a backup copy of User profile directory to keep important files, documents, photos, saved preferences safe from any sort of unexpected system crashes. Backup Utility is a small program written to instantly create backup of all important User profile folders, including Desktop, My Videos, My Pictures, My Music, Favorites, Downloads, and My Documents. It was made to be simple without any configuration to set up. All that is required to select the folders you want to backup and the output location.

Before starting out, make sure that you’re not creating backup in any of User profiles folders. External storage devices would be the best choice for this purpose. Once location is specified, click Start begin the process.
