Requirements:

· 1 GHz Processor or faster
· 1 Gig RAM
· Installation requires 20 MB of free space
· For storage of files - depends on how many files and size of files
· Net Framework 3.5 SP 1
· Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP1
· Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.1 or higher (Only if you want to use eDoc Organizer to store and manage PDF documents)
· Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007 (Only if you want to use eDoc Organizer to store and manage Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents)

Limitations:

· Free version can not organize more then 250 Documents

Requires .Net Framework 3.5 SP 1 AND Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP1 ON Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 (32 bit or 64 bit).
Looks like a very nice product.
