Facebook Photo Slideshow
Being one of the fastest growing social network Facebook lacks slideshow for photos. A feature that you can easily find in Picasa, Flickr, Photobucket, etc. Slideshow For Facebook is a free gadget for Google Desktop that displays random photos of your facebook friends. When it loads for the first time in Google Desktop sidebar, you will have to login to facebook. Once done, it will start showing random photos of your facebook friends.
It is still in early stage and does not allow you to select the friend(s) who’s photo you want to view, there is no fullscreen mode, etc, but is still worthy of giving a try. You can toggle expanded view that will allow you to view the photo in a larger size. You can drag this expanded view and fit it anywhere on the screen, see screenshot below.
