In Windows 7 the User Account Control is quite easy to set up, but if you want to disable UAC in Windows Vista then you can do so by going deep inside Control Panel and also through Registry Editing. UACController is simple and free UAC tweaking tool for Windows that lets you disable, switch to quite mode, and enable UAC quickly without touching the registry or going deep inside the Control Panel.
It is a standalone tool that requires no installation at all. Just run the tool, select the options and you are done. You can also select to disable notification and restart the system.
