if no solution, try quick heal total security (install with built in firewall) you will find no error, just click on ok when it ask about svcost or generic host dialogue.

its very easy my friends….just follow these easy steps on ur pc.
goto registry editor—to go to registry editor,click start button,then click run,write down there REGEDIT and press enter—then follow this process
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE,then
system,then
controlset001,then
services,then
NEtbt,then
click on parameter and double click on the last menu in right side(Transportbindname)
delete the bottom column where device is written.then click ok.its now finished.

I had a same problem,
I have tried many solution but failed every time.
Lastly I Installed new anti-virus, update the virus definition and scan the system.

It worked for me……………………..

Had much the same problem with XP, SP3. Tried many solutions listed, none worked. Then found comments on the web about TDSSkiller.exe. Downloaded from Kaspersky and it worked right away.

sorry for bad writing! It is very easy! go to Add or Remove Programs, click in the upper right corner show updates! then uninstal all windows security updates! restar after all uninstal’s! and the disappeared….4 ever ))))) J.PN.

same problem on windows server 2003 and close the 3 service :
1- server.
2-workstation.
3- and RRAS is turned of with her self.
and no one in the network can accss my server ,put i can ping
any one help iam useing macafee enterprise 8.5i

and another something weird: when iam trying to right click on any folder or drive i cant see the tab of security and sharing and every thin is shear before is turned off… any help plz
