How To Recover Your Accidentally Deleted Files from Windows
Sometimes you may accidentally hit the delete button(and emptied the recycle bin too) and forget that there was an extremely important document inside that folder. With FreeUndelete, you can recover your deleted files.
FreeUndelete is a Windows utility to restore files that have been accidentally deleted from your computer. This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin and those deleted by bugs, crashes and viruses!
Select the drive you want to scan (the default is C:) from the Drives pane. Then, click the Scan button.
This software will now search all your files that deleted accidentally. Depending on the size and speed of your hard disk, and how many files you’ve deleted, it should take few minutes depending on your PC’s specs to complete the scan.
And then you’ll be presented with a list of files that you can recover. You can also filter the result by typing specific filename or extention in the filter found files box and you can also filter the search by typing specific folder name in filter found folder box.
To restore a file or a folder, select it by clicking on it once, then click the Undelete button. You can also change the location of the undeleted files by clicking on Browse and specifying the designated folder.
I hope this post will help you in recovering your lost files. Feedbacks are welcome in the comment section.
