Remove 176 Different Toolbars From Firefox & Internet Explorer

It is quite annoying when browser toolbars are installed along with the software. Most application installers these days carry an option to install toolbars, they could either be Security toolbars, Yahoo toolbar, Google toolbar, Ask Toolbar, or some other toolbar.

Want to get rid of all junk toolbars? Toolbar Uninstaller can help. It is a simple windows utility that lists all toolbars that are installed in Firefox and Internet Explorer. It keeps track of 176 toolbars, most of them are those that are included in most application installers.

Just load up the utility and you will find all installed toolbars listed on the left side window. Add the toolbars that you want to delete to the right window and hit Remove.

I uninstalled Google toolbar from Firefox for testing purpose only and it got removed without leaving a single trace behind. That’s awesome. With this utility in hand, you can now quickly remove the toolbars that are not needed.

Download Toolbar Uninstaller

It works on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Enjoy!

NOD32 won’t let me download this. Says it’s a trojan variant.

There are that many toolbars? I’m glad I never install these things.

Not only NOD32, AVG 9 also detected a malware on it. But sites like Softpedia certified this app as clean? And also this tool is not able to remove many currently popular toolbars.

I am using Windows Security Essentials and it didn't detect it as malware. Sometimes there are false positives on applications that access the system registry and internal settings.

Let me get this straight… You're saying that in order to combat the bad habits of people who download shit without thinking and keep clicking yes compulsively through installs of sketchy software… in order to combat this they should download THIS shit without thinking?

Well, I for one will have to come right out and say it, offensive or not! I find that behaviour absolutely brilliant from a marketing perspective. Congratulations, you feed on the weak.
