Simple Recruitment System is a free application that can be used to manage database of individuals who have applied for different positions at your company. You can quickly jot down basic information for all job candidates using this application. Additionally, you can also add personal memos for any candidate. This can help you record any strengths/weaknesses, which you observed in the potential employees.
It offers a user-friendly interface. After installing the application, you can start making the database of all applicants instantly. Add information about a potential employee, such as his/her name, surname, phone number, department for which the job is posted, date of application and more. If an entry test was scheduled, you can also update candidate database with the test results. Moreover, you can add employee CV to the database from Add CV button.
It is a useful application for maintaining employee database. Perhaps, the only limitation of this application is the inability to add more fields for updating other information, such as address. The in-built fields are the only ones you can use.
This application runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, testing was carried out on Windows 7 x86 system.
