Did it ever happen with you that while installing(or uninstalling) a program, the installation(or uninstallation) suddenly fails? You try to retry it again but with no luck. Windows Installer CleanUp Utility is a free tool that removes a program’s configuration information if experiencing Setup problems. This can also handy when you are trying to uninstall a program and it gives “file missing” errors.
Run this tool and select the application that is giving setup(install/uninstall) errors and and click Remove. That’s it.
