I don’t have any databases to sync my Outlook with, but if you want to, then give Outlook Sync DB 2009 a try. It allows you to sync all your mails, appointments, contacts, tasks, and notes with any database of your choice. It provides a simple profile assistant that makes syncing a breeze.
All you have to do is click Add and complete the provided steps to sync your Outlook database with any database of your choice.

Once done, click Analyze to check the database and click Synchronize to begin the syncing process. It is quite easy-to-use when compared with other Database syncing tools. Ofcourse you must have some technical know-how before operating such a tool.
There are three different version available, Light(Free), Standard, and Enterprise. The Light version supports, PSD files, Exchange mailboxes, public folders, one-way/both-way syncing, ADO.NET, and much more. It also has an integrated SQL manager, allows individual filters, and allows installation and operation directly on Exchange server. The only downside is that you can only synchronize 75 elements only. To get unlimited synchronization possibilities you will have to upgrade to Standard edition which will cost some bucks.
It works on all Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003/2008, and Windows 7. Enjoy!
