Remember Rightload, a tool that adds an option to the windows right-click context menu allowing you to upload files directly to your FTP/SFTP server or some pre-defined HTTP upload servers. Well it has got a major update, now it can automatically resize the image to maximum dimensions, includes an option to add a server or folder to SendTo menu, and much more. The previous update also added support for uploading of photos to your Facebook, Flickr, TinyPic, and/or ImageShack account.
It supports plugins through which you can add more sites to upload your photos to, but by default only three such plugins are already included in the installer. They are Facebook, Flickr, and ImageShack, other plugins can be downloaded from the developer’s download page. Make sure these plugins are checked during installation as shown in the screenshot below.
For those who haven’t heard about this tool before, here is how it works. Once installation is complete, select the photo(s) that you want to upload, right-click it, select Upload With Rightload, and choose the service from the list.
Once you choose the service from the list where you want to upload the photos or files, it will open the Rightload window where the files will be queued. The process will not start unless you are logged in and have authorized Rightload to work with that service.
Once the uploads are complete, you can see the photos in your account instantly. It’s that easy and works on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Both 32-bit and 64-bit OS are supported(the 64-bit version is in experimental stage at the moment).
