All the tools are present on main interface. You can also access these 15 tools from toolbar and Tools menu. It comes with 7 different UI themes to overhaul the interface layout design. Usage is simple. Just select the required tool, specify the source PDF file, and set respective parameters to perform the operation.
For instance, you want to merge multiple PDF files. Select the first tool and specify as many PDF files as you want to join together. Once added, you can let it sort them by clicking Sort or manually place them in order by using Move Up and Move Down buttons. Clicking Save As will create a merged PDF document.
Similarly, you can change PDF file meta tags by using Add PDF info tool. It detects all the pre-saved meta information and lets you edit it in its meta tag editor.
We have tested only few tools with successful results. You may face problems while modifying already encrypted PDF files. It requires Adobe Reader to perform certain operations over given PDF files. It works on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Both 32-bit and 64-bit OS editions are supported. Don’t forget to check PDFSam, which is another similar tool which works on both Windows and Mac.
