Show Any Command Button On Outlook 2010 Ribbon

One of our readers wanted to know that how to show Delete command on the ribbon. Actually he was in need to show a button on the ribbon under some group, so he could easily access it. Here we will illustrate that how you can show any button on the ribbon.

To start out with, right-click on the ribbon and select Customize the Ribbon.

It will bring up Outlook Options dialog, first click Home from the list (at right side) and click New Group to add a new group under Home tab. Click Rename and give an appropriate name to group

Now select All Commands, and look for specific Delete command in the list. Select the command and click Add to insert in newly created group. Click OK to view inserted command under Home tab.
