An alpha build of CyanogenMod 7 has finally made it to HTC EVO 3D. The build is AOSP based extra contributions from CM development community and is available for download. For those who don’t know, CyanogenMod is a custom Android firmware developed and designed to enhance and optimize user experience. . Like other initial ports, this build of CM 7 Android 2.3 Gingerbread custom ROM for EVO 3D has some issues. Bluetooth, Netflix, Wi-Max, 3D Images / Video along with battery gauge aren’t working properly and hopefully will be fixed in future released. HTC Sense 3.5 is perhaps the hottest UI nowadays which has managed to grab attention of many Androiders. However Sense 3.5 might come officially to some HTC android devices while others might not be that lucky. For those who don’t know, HTC Sense 3.5 is the new official continuum of HTC Sense 3.0 and has been juiced out from HTC Bliss official ROM dump. This new Sense UI carries the same lock circle along with plenty of useful widgets and of course; eye candy. The most attractive feature of Sense 3.5 is perhaps integration of portrait screen mode in homescreen and app drawer.
Sense 3.5, the successor to Sense 3.0, is currently the hottest phenomenon among androiders. Finally there is some great news for all Motorola Triumph users looking to install / flash CyanogenMod 7 Android 2.3 Gingerbread custom ROM on their device. An unofficial CM 7 port, in alpha stages, is now available for download. The credit for cooking this delicious bacon for Triumph goes to Genesis3 at XDA forums. Since we caught wind of a Sense 3.5 in existence on the HTC Bliss, the UI has been leaked and ported over to a number of HTC devices. The Incredible S is one of those devices and has received an Android 2.3.4 ROM sporting the latest Sense 3.5 UI. The ROM is actually a port of the mySense 3.5 UI, that is T-Mobiles variant of the Sense UI, and credit goes to XDA-Developers forum member newtoroot who also ported this very same ROM over to the Droid Incredible 2. Droid Bionic is one of those Android phones that has gathered a massive fan base prior to it’s release. The leaked pictures, videos, ROM dumps and boot animations of this phone have been reported massively across the web sphere. Apparently now the Droid Bionic has root and all credit goes to BBCrackman’s “Source” who actually gained and confirmed root access. This might be great news for some as they will be able to gain root access on their devices as soon as they receive them. Yesterday developers were able to spot an early beta official Android 3.0 Honeycomb build for HTC Flyer. Globatron, Senior XDA Member and developer, has managed to port the leaked Honeycomb build on HTC Flyer 3G 32 GB model. You can also get this Honeycomb on your Flyer, provided you meet the pre-requisites along with ability to handle bricks etc. The ROM that got leaked in only intended for HTC Flyer 3G 32 GB Model and flashing it on another variant will cause the device to brick. Earlier we covered the Android Revolution custom ROM for the HTC Sensation 4G, which was the first ROM on the block for the Sensation 4G to bring complete dual core support; in essence the ROM utilizes both the cores of the device for increased performance. released the entire Honeycomb 3.2 system dump (Acer_A501_4.015_COM_GEN1) of the official Acer Iconia 3.2 Honeycomb on the internet. That dump, now finds itself being transformed into a beautiful and functional Honeycomb 3.2 Custom ROM named Taboonay

HTC Sensation is perhaps the hottest phone of the year with some brilliant features and now an unlocked bootloader. And for those who have liberated their devices by gaining S-OFF using Revolutionary plus a custom recovery and root, then there is more awesomeness queued up. HTC Sensation comes with dual core processor and now there is a custom ROM that actually utilizes dual-core to give enhanced and optimum user experience. The ROM is called Android Revolution HD and has so far unanimously won the title of best custom ROM there is for Sensation and Sensation 4G.
The Nexus One may have been superseded by the Nexus S, but the Android device has a long standing bond with the development community and that is making sure that the device does not fall behind it’s successor. One such effort is the development and release of a Sense 3.0 custom ROM based on Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread for the Nexus One. . If you’re familiar with SBF packages, you would know, it’s not the easiest of files to install, but not the hardest either. In this case the ROM we’re installing will not be using SBF but you will need SBF, we’ll show you why. So if the terms, SBF and RSDLite make sense to you, you would have no issues installing this ROM on your phone. If not, we’ll show you just how you can do that.
For those who are a little bummed out that the the official Gingerbread leak (4.06.605.2) for the HTC Droid Incredible has not yet received a working rooting method, can now simply fall back to installing a custom ROM that is based on that official Gingerbread leak with the stock elements largely intact. Things seem to be on the on the roll for the Photon 4G with development for the device moving at a fast pace. From when it was first rooted as soon as it arrived on the scene, we now come across the second custom ROM for the device that is Moto Blur based. With the bootloader unlocked one would expect some pure Android ROM to be released, but hopefully that shall happen soon. For now, you only have two custom ROMs available for the device and this would be the latest one. Named Alien ROM

The HTC Incredible may have been superseded by the Incredible 2, but the former still packs a punch, and continues to receive the latest ROMs as they happen.
