How To Paste Content With Insert Key [Word 2010]

If you’re working on a document that needs a lot of copy & paste operations, it is better to use the quickest option around. Word 2010 offers its user to enable pasting the content with a single key: INSERT.

To enable this option, on File menu, click Options.

It will open Word Options dialog, from left sidebar, select Advanced and from main window, under Cut, copy, and paste section, enable Use the Insert key for paste option. Click OK to start pasting objects with single keystroke.
