In an attempt to promote dynamic content in documents, Word 2013 presents to you the option to add online videos may it be from social media sites like Youtube, search engines like Bing Video search or videos from any other website (using embed code). To insert a video successfully, type a keyword in the relevant search bar to view results.

Word 2013 displays all results, mentioning the total number of links. Just click the result to preview the video before actually inserting it into the document.     • Thanks for highlighting, although this has been mentioned in the post with a snapshot of the feature under ‘simplified markup view for better collaborations’ but the password protection feature in enhanced tracking is notable.

    • Will you tell me how the Click to run installation works? I was able to use MS Word while Office was installing. And I also want to know how the feature will work where we can install Office on up to 5 PC. I heard that when you shut down the PC Office installation will disappear on shared PCs. But installing everytime on a PC with slow internet is also not feasible.

    • Click-to-run installation is an application streaming technology which allows you to access the software during installation. The concept is similar to a virtual guest on a server. The Click-to-run resources work in an isolated virtual environment on your Windows. Regarding the latter, you can easily access the MSI-based offline installers available at the Microsoft website.
