While the Nexus S has now taken over the role of Google’s flagship Android device from Nexus One, the latter still remains a favorite amongst developers of custom ROMs. One such recently released ROM is MicroMod’s Gingerbread CM7 Custom ROM v1.1 based on the CyanogenMod 7 code.
This ROM has been developed by XDA-Developers forum member MicroMod777 and it includes several customizations over the already feature-rich CyanogenMod 7 that it uses as its base code. The features of this ROM include:

To install the ROM to your Nexus one, download it from the link given below and flash it to your phone from recovery after taking a nandroid backup followed by wiping data, cache and Dalvik cache. Once you have flashed the ROM, you can activate App2SD by using the following ADB or Terminal commands:
adb shell (or "su" if using a Terminal app such as Terminal Emulator) a2sd check a2sd reinstall a2sd zipalign a2sd cachesd
