Rooting Motorola Android devices hasn’t exactly always been the easiest of tasks. Then there are OTA updates from one version of the OS to another. If you have a Droid X and updates from a rooted Froyo firmware to the latest Gingerbread OS, you would know what we’re talking about. One Click root solutions are sought out like crazy ,especially when theirs ADB commands involved. Lucky for Droid X users, Framework43, krazykrivda, and psouza4 over at RootzWiki have come out with a One Click root tool for the Droid X running Android 2.3 Gingerbread and as per P3Droid it should also work on the likes of Droid 3, Droid X2, Cliq and Cliq 2. This tool uses the exploit used for rooting the Droid 3 originally.
