Outlook 2010: Attach Business Card With Email

While composing mail, if you need to insert contact card, you don’t need to bring it in mail compose window manually. Outlook 2010 lets you insert contact card on the fly. Let’s take a look at how to insert contact card in email.

In Outlook email compose window, head over to Insert tab and from Business Card options, click Other Business Cards.


This will bring up Insert Business Card dialog, select a desired contact and click OK.


It will insert Business card in email main body text.
