PowerPoint 2010: Quickly Change Font Family In Slides

PowerPoint 2010 offers an easy way to let user change the font family of all the slides, rather than changing each slide’s font, this feature would save you a lot of time. To quickly replace fonts of slides, head over to Home tab, and under Editing group, from Replace options, click Replace Fonts.

This will open Replace Font dialog, choose a font family to replace with currently used font family and click Replace.

  1. I get an error “you’ve selected a single-byte font to replace a double-byte font”. My presentation is in English, and all characters used are standard Latin. Any idea why this happens?
